CLASS DESCRIPTION


Junior Class Designed for ages 6 to 10 years old. An introduction course to Kim Jin Pal Hapkido. Students in this course will learn basic kicking, punching, blocking and self-defense techniques. 
(12 Lessons Program)


Beginner Class – All year introduction program from White to Green belt level for youth and adult.

Adult/Youth Class – All year program for students that can attend more that once a week.


Executive Class – Designed for age 40 and over. A chance to learn Hapkido and enjoy a good cardio workout.

Self-Defense Practice for Advance Belt Level – An open class self-defense practice with the senior color belt or black belt.

Kardi-O-Power Workout – A low impact aerobics workout that incorporates Hapkido moves designed for both men and women. (10 Lessons Program)
